Encendedores con historia!!

Muy buenas tardes a todos.
Seguro que todos tenemos en nuestra colección algún encendedor especial que forma parte de la historia de algún país, algún monumento importante, batallas ....
Por lo tanto se me ha ocurrido abrir este hilo para compartir un poco todo aquello que representan ciertas piezas de nuestras colecciones.

Bueno pues empiezo yo!!
 Este es un encendedor conmemorativo de la abdicación de la monarca Beatriz de los Países Bajos (Beatrix Wilhelmina ) Nació el 31 de enero de 1938) y ha sido la monarca del Reino de los Países Bajos desde el 30 de abril de 1980 hasta su abdicación el 30 de abril de 2013, cuando le sucedió su hijo Guillermo Alejandro. Alcanzó el récord de longevidad como soberana de los Países Bajos.
En el encendedor se puede observar la cara tanto de Beatrix como la de su hijo Alexsander, y de fondo la bandera del país.
Si alguien tiene algún dato más o me quiere corregir estaría encantado:)

I think I have a very special Zippo for that. It is a story about Puerta del sol. I love it. It is ok here?

„The Puerta del Sol was originally one of the entrances to a fence that surrounded Madrid in the 15th century.  This enclosure encompassed the medieval suburbs, which had spread outside the actual city walls since the 12th century.  The name of the Puerta del Sol comes from the image of a sun that adorned the entrance at the time.  This had been positioned there because the entrance was facing east, i.e. towards the sunrise.

 Even if the area around the Puerta del Sol between the 17th century and the 19th century turned into a kind of meeting place (here was, for example, one of the most famous gossip bars of its time, the so-called Gradas de San Felipe)  Puerta del Sol was not really a square like the Plaza Mayor and was only about half the size it is today.

 From 1766 to 1768, the French architect Jacques Marquet († 1782) built the Casa de Correos on the Puerta del Sol.  This building laid the basis for today's urban structure of the Puerta del Sol and its growing importance as a central location in Madrid.

 Between 1857 and 1862 the architects Lucio del Valle, Juan Rivera and José Morer completely redesigned the square, giving the square its current appearance.  The lines of the Casa de Correos were preserved on one side of the square and residential buildings with a uniform facade in the form of a semicircle were built on the opposite front.

 In 1959 the place was changed again by Manuel Herrero Palacios.  Plants and fountains were built in the center.  The last redesign took place in 1986 by the architects Antonio Riviere, Javier Ortega and Antonio González Capitel, by significantly expanding the area of ​​the pedestrian zone.“
